Charlotte brings over 15 years of top-tier agency experience to Formula, leading strategic and creative work across brands like The Glenlivet, Hotels.com, American Airlines, and Campo Viejo. As our Senior Client Lead, she combines commercial sharpness with calm, clear communication – making complex projects feel seamless.
Having worked at industry heavyweights including Forsman London, VCCP, Havas, and Three UK’s in-house team, Charlotte knows what it takes to deliver standout results on global campaigns and multi-market rebrands. But despite working with global giants, she’s happiest in a small yet mighty team like ours – where she can roll up her sleeves, make a real impact and be part of it all, not just a cog in the corporate machine.
My Role at Formula
As Senior Client Lead, Charlotte works closely with clients to really understand their business and deliver projects to achieve results that drive their businesses forward. She supports clients through all stages of the process, acting as a key agency partner and an extension of their team.
Known for her infectious energy and commercial thinking she’s well positioned to support clients in growing their businesses whilst also maintaining a positive work environment and culture.

Outside of Work
Outside of the office, Charlotte’s energy doesn’t stop – her favourite pastime is getting lost in nature and the woods with her family or setting herself new learning challenges. Her warm, focused approach makes her a natural fit for Formula and a trusted partner for every client she supports.
